I met Alan MANY years ago, when he was at Pennymore(?) Park Hotel…had a day of group golf psych and later played a few holes at the hotel…..I think I was introduced by Graham Alexander.
I remember and have used many of his tips, not just in golf, but also in my own management training for over 20 years.
One important thing I have learnt is that, after deciding and planning and goal-setting, one should not ‘fear’ the possible outcome of your actions…..in golf terms, just hit the ball and see what happens!
What will happen, will happen! THEN you take the next step, in the same way!
Good to be in touch, Alan, after all these years!
